Where to Buy

When buying seafood, it is best to determine if you want fresh or frozen.

Frozen Seafood

Most supermarkets, such as Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Cosco carry a selection of Australian and Imported frozen seafood, pre-prepared or ready for you to use in your favorite recipe.

Fresh Seafood

Throughout Australia there are a number of ways to buy fresh seafood, either from a Co-op, through a Fish Monger or from a retailer such as a fish and chip shop that will sell you the fish fresh or cook it for you.
